Mindrift is seeking a freelance AI trainer to help train and evaluate AI agents operating within real CAD environments by designing part geometry, creating reference solutions, and assessing agent attempts. Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field), 5+ years of professional CAD modeling experience, their own active professional CAD license, and B2+ English proficiency. Familiarity with Python and GitHub is also required.
