Mindrift is seeking US-based, practicing physicians and licensed clinicians with at least three years of active clinical experience to train and evaluate health-focused AI models. Contributors will evaluate AI-generated clinical content and construct realistic diagnostic and procedural tasks requiring clinical reasoning. The role is freelance and part-time (10–20 hours per week during active phases) requiring strong English proficiency (C1+).
