Alignerr is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to design and build high-performance Rust systems powering AI data pipelines, annotation tooling, and evaluation workflows. Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional production-grade Rust experience, deep expertise in FFI and unsafe Rust boundaries, and strong async/multithreading skills. Native or fluent English proficiency and the ability to work 20–40 hours per week remotely are required.
