Alignerr is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to help train and evaluate frontier AI systems on enterprise identity security, access control, and risk propagation. Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms and a solid grasp of RBAC and least-privilege principles. The position is fully remote with flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
