Mindrift is seeking freelance Mechanical CAD & Simulation Engineers based in Portugal, Greece, or Italy to train and evaluate AI agents in real CAD environments. Responsibilities include designing part geometry, building reference solutions, and evaluating agent attempts alongside CFD engineers. Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional CAD modeling experience, their own active CAD license, Python and GitHub familiarity, and B2+ English proficiency.
