Mindrift is seeking freelance engineers in select Latin American countries to train and evaluate AI agents within CAD environments by designing part geometry, building reference solutions, and reviewing agent attempts. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, possess at least 5 years of CAD modeling experience with their own active professional CAD license, and be familiar with Python and GitHub. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required.
