Mindrift is seeking a Freelance Mechanical CAD & Simulation Engineer to train and evaluate AI agents in real CAD environments by designing part geometry, building reference solutions, and assessing agent attempts. Candidates must have an engineering degree, at least 5 years of professional CAD modeling experience, their own active professional CAD license, and proficiency in Python and GitHub. The role is open to applicants in Romania, Poland, Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia with English proficiency at B2 level or above.
