Mindrift is seeking a Freelance Mechanical CAD & Simulation Engineer to help train and evaluate AI agents by designing part geometry, building reference solutions, and evaluating outputs alongside CFD engineers. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, have 5+ years of professional CAD modeling experience, own an active CAD license, be comfortable with Python and GitHub, and speak English at a B2 level or above. Applicants must be based in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or South Africa.
