This remote role involves transforming real Earth sciences workflows and datasets into terminal-based tasks, reference solutions, and automated evaluations to train and evaluate AI systems. Candidates need fluent English, strong scientific programming skills (such as Python, R, Bash, or Julia), and a Ph.D. or equivalent advanced background in Earth Sciences or related fields. The contract requires at least 20 hours per week, including four hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time.
