This remote role involves leading a pod of 5 to 10 technical trainers creating and reviewing terminal-based chemical engineering tasks, models, and evaluations for AI training. Candidates should have a Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced background in Chemical Engineering, along with strong programming skills in Python, Julia, C/C++, or MATLAB and Linux proficiency. The part-time contract requires at least 20 hours per week with four hours of daily overlap with Pacific Time.
