Mindrift is seeking a freelance CAD Engineer to train and evaluate AI agents by designing part geometry, building reference solutions, and evaluating agent attempts in a real CAD environment. Applicants need a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or related field), 5+ years of CAD modeling experience, their own active professional CAD license, and B2+ English proficiency. The position is open to candidates in Uruguay, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Jamaica.
