Alignerr is seeking experienced Rust engineers to evaluate AI-generated code, stress-test its correctness, and help train AI models in systems programming. Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional production Rust experience, a strong grasp of memory safety and concurrency, and the ability to articulate complex concepts in written English. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role offering 10–40 hours per week.
